### Werden Sie Teammitglied in der Kita der Kindergemeinschaft Sülztal!

  • Wir suchen ab sofort eine neue Kollegin/ einen neuen Kollegen als pädagogische Fachkraft in Vollzeit.
  • Gemeinsam mit zwei Fachkräften begleiten und fördern Sie 16 Kinder, davon fünf mit besonderem Förderbedarf, im Alter von 1-6 Jahren in ihrer Entwicklung.
  • Die Kindergemeinschaft Sülztal ist eine dreigruppige Kindertagesstätte in der Trägerschaft einer Elterninitiative. Der Schwerpunkt der Einrichtung liegt in der Inklusion.

### Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als pädagogische Fachkraft (nach PersVO KiBiz)
  • hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Aufgeschlossenheit
  • Vorerfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern mit besonderem Förderbedarf

### Zur Stelle:

  • 33 Wochenstunden
  • Bezahlung nach TVöD SuE
  • betriebliche Altersvorsorge
  • 32 Urlaubstage
