  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Erzieher/in, ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialarbeit/Sozialpädagogik oder eine sonstige gleichwertige pädagogische Ausbildung
  • die Identifikation mit den Aufgaben, Zielen und Werten einer katholischen Einrichtung
  • eine konstruktive Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der Kinderrechte und Kinderschutz
  • ein einwandfreies erweitertes Führungszeugnis
  • ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz und Flexibilität
  • ein großes Engagement in der Arbeit mit Kindern und ihren Familien
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber einem zukunftsorientierten Bildungskonzept
