Als Hafen der Vielfalt, anerkannter freier Träger der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe suchen wir eine pädagogische Fachkraft (m/d) in Teilzeit bis 25 Wochenstunden für die Betreuung und Begleitung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien im Alltag.

Aufgaben:

  • Pädagogische Begleitung und Unterstützung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien im Alltag
  • Beratung von Eltern und Stärkung ihrer Erziehungskompetenzen
  • Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit Institutionen wie Jugendamt, Schulen, Kitas sowie weiteren Fachstellen
  • Teilnahme an Hilfeplangesprächen und fachlicher Austausch im Team
  • Dokumentation der pädagogischen Arbeit sowie der Entwicklungsprozesse der Familien

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im pädagogischen Bereich (z. B. Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Erzieher/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Unterschiedliche Familiensprachen sind bei uns willkommen und können in der Arbeit mit Familien eine wertvolle Unterstützung sein
  • Erfahrung und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
