  • WOHNVERBUND HAUS AGATHABERG Der Wohnverbund Haus Agathaberg ist eine heilpädagogische Einrichtung mit unterschiedlichen Wohnformen und einem tagesstrukturierenden Angebot für Menschen mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störungen (Asperger-Syndrom, High-Functioning-Autismus, atypischer Autismus). Ziel ist die möglichst selbstbestimmte Lebensführung.
  • GESUCHT zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, unbefristet Pädagogische Fachkräfte (m/w/d) für Ambulant Betreutes Wohnen in Teilzeit (50 - 80 %) am Standort Wipperfürth

IHRE AUFGABE Planung, Organisation und Sicherstellung der pädagogischen Förderung Unterstützung und Begleitung in allen Lebensbereichen, vorwiegend im Wohnen und der sozialen Teilhabe Umsetzung der individuellen Ziele gemäß der Bedarfsplanung Administrative Aufgaben z.B. gewissenhafte Dokumentation der Betreuungsleistungen Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Mitwirkung bei internen Angeboten/Gremien

IHR PROFIL Anerkannte Ausbildung im Bereich der Erziehungshilfe (Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger o. ä.) oder eines Pflegeberufes (Alten-/ Krankenpfleger o. ä.) Freude an der pädagogischen Arbeit mit Menschen im Autismus-Spektrum Belastbarkeit, Empathie, Organisationsfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Kompetenzen Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit Identifikation mit den christlichen Aufgaben, Zielen und Werten
