Bildung, Betreuung und Erziehung der uns anvertrauten Kinder auf Basis der Kinderrechte

Durchführung pädagogischer Angebote

Bildungs- und Erziehungspartnerschaft mit den Familien

Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Konzepts auf Basis des

Hessischen Bildungs- und Erziehungsplans

Das bringst Du mit:

abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse nach §25b HKJGB

fundiertes pädagogisches Fachwissen

Freude und Engagement bei der Arbeit mit Kindern sowie die Gestaltung der

pädagogischen Arbeit nach den Qualitätsstandards der EKHN

wertschätzende Grundhaltung gegenüber den Kindern, deren Familien und dem Team Mitgliedschaft in einer christlichen Kirche (ACK) wird begrüßt.
