  • Provide superior customer service to our customers via walk-in, phone and email interactions
  • Work with technicians in fulfilling parts' needs for repairs
  • Provide follow-up to customers on the status of parts orders
  • Provide Corporate Parts Manager with feedback on reorder points, parts sales, etc.

Our customers rely on our talented and dedicated techs to provide planned maintenance, troubleshooting & repair of mechanical issues and offer solutions to help keep their material handling equipment in top-notch condition.

Requirements

  • Are you saying "put me in coach"?
  • Let us know what ya got...
  • Prior experience working parts orders (automotive, industrial, construction, etc.) is preferable
  • Experience with heavy equipment or forklift parts definitely helps but this can be taught
  • Computer experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, and various vendor portals
  • Desire to help our customers and technicians get equipment repaired and running in a timely manner
  • Working knowledge of reading schematics, blueprints, etc.
  • Willingness to learn and think outside the box
