  • Wir verstärken unser Team mit einem Patentanwalt (m/w/d) an den Standorten Schweinfurt, Dielingen oder Koblenz.

Das Team bestehend aus neun Kolleg/innen berät und unterstützt die Division Chassis und Vehicle Motion Control Technology in allen Bereichen des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes.

  • Was Sie erwarten können als Patentanwalt (m/w/d)
  • Betreuung eines oder mehrerer Technologie- und/oder Fachbereiche in IP-Angelegenheiten wie:
  • Erfinderberatung/-betreuung
  • Gestalten und Pflegen des zugeordneten Schutzrechtsportfolios
  • Durchführen von IP-Recherchen sowie Erstellung von Gutachten
  • Bearbeiten von offensiven und defensiven Streitsachen, Risikobewertung sowie Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens vor den Patentämtern und Gerichten
  • Vertragsprüfungen und -verhandlungen mit Dritten hinsichtlich des Gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes
  • Was wir von Ihnen erwarten als Patentanwalt (m/w/d)
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Physik, Informatik oder vergleichbarem Abschluss
  • Weitere Qualifikation als Patentassessor, Patentanwalt, European Patent Attorney und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Konzern-IP-Abteilung
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Selbstständige systematische Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im internationalen Umfeld (Deutsch/Englisch)
