## Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Ausarbeitung und Einreichung von deutschen und europäischen Patentanmeldungen
  • Betreuen von Prüfungsverfahren in Deutschland, Europa und weltweit
  • Bearbeitung von Einsprüchen, Nichtigkeits- und Patentverletzungsverfahren
  • Teilnahme und Führen von Verhandlungen

## Ihr Profil:

  • ein mit hervorragenden Bewertungen abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder technischer Physik
  • die Zulassung als Deutscher und/oder Europäischer Patentanwalt (m/w/d) oder kurz vor dem Abschluss der Ausbildung
  • sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Abstraktionsvermögen und gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
