\*\*Verstärkung gesucht – Patientenmanager:in (m/w/d) in Alfeld!\*\* Werde Teil unseres motivierten Teams – ob in Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder als Minijob!

  • Begrüßung unserer Patient:innen – du bist ihr erster Kontakt und hinterlässt einen positiven Eindruck
  • Unterstützung des ärztlichen Personals bei Aufklärungsgesprächen und Anamneseerhebung
  • Betreuung der Patient:innen rund um ihre Untersuchung – von der Vorbereitung, über die Aufklärung und Lagerung bis zur Nachsorge, inklusive Setzen eines intravenösen Zugangs und Verabreichen von Kontrastmitteln (Einarbeitung vor Ort möglich)
  • Organisation und Koordination von Abläufen und Arbeitsprozessen
  • Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben wie Terminplanung und Leistungserfassung

## Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du bist Student:in (m/w/d) im medizinischen Bereich, Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r (m/w/d) (MFA), Pflegeassistent:in (m/w/d), Pflegehelfer:in (m/w/d) oder Notfallsanitäter:in (m/w/d), ... - dann sollte dies genau deinen Vorstellungen entsprechen!
  • Anatomische Kenntnisse sind für uns ein Muss, zudem begeisterst du dich für medizinische Themen und technische Abläufe
  • Berufserfahrung wäre ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung
  • Kommunikationsgeschick, Zuverlässigkeit und ein offener Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
