  • Assures manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging PCBAs throughout the outsourced supply chain
  • Lead complex root cause investigations for PCA-related manufacturing and field failures in collaboration with Product Engineering, R&D and the CM. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions across internal teams and manufacturing partners.
  • Identify manufacturability and testability risks during new product introductions (NPI). Provide DFM feedback regarding layout, solderability, assembly robustness, and process capability.
  • Assess DFT readiness and support implementation of efficient test coverage strategies
  • Act as technical engineering partner for manufacturing sites and suppliers.
  • Analyze manufacturing, test, repair, yield, and reliability data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Apply data-driven methods to identify systematic process weaknesses.
