Your Responsibilities:

• •Business Development : Cultivate and secure new client relationships.
• •Talent Acquisition : Source and recruit top candidates for your clients.
• •Creative Ad Writing : Craft compelling job adverts that resonate with candidates and represent our clients’ needs.
• •Interviewing Excellence : Identify and interview the best talent in the market.
• •Strategic Marketing : Create personalized marketing materials to showcase candidates and services.
• •Client Engagement : Attend client meetings, social events, and lunches.

Qualifications:

While sales or recruitment experience is beneficial, it’s not essential. We value excellent communication skills, a drive for excellence, and a strong work ethic.
