  • Sie sind in einer Mischung aus Administration und Kundenkontakt tätig.
  • Sie gestalten die berufliche Zukunft Ihrer Bewerber und Mitarbeiter und tragen aktiv zum Erfolg der Niederlassung bei
  • Sie unterstützen das Recruiting mit modernsten Werkzeugen elektronischer Personalbeschaffung und übernehmen das Bewerbermanagment
  • Sie motivieren und disponieren Ihre Mitarbeiter am Standort Nauen

## Das Profil bringen Sie mit als Personaldisponent (m/w/d):

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, gerne in der Personaldienstleistung
  • Alternativ Berufserfahrung als Personaldisponent, Vertriebsdisponent, Disponent in der Zeitarbeit, Personalsachbearbeiter, Personalberater, Recruiter, OnSite-Manager oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen im Bereich Personal bzw. Personalwesen, HR, Vertrieb
  • Sehr gute Polnischkenntnisse, im Optimalfall zusätzlich Englischkenntnisse
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
