Das sind die Aufgaben

  • Rekrutierung von Mitarbeitern im gewerblich-, technischen Bereich
  • Platzierung von Mitarbeitern und Bewerbern bei unseren Kunden
  • Führen von Bewerberinterviews
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung
  • Stellenanzeigen erstellen und veröffentlichen (verschiedene Kanäle)
  • Erstellen von Qualifikationsprofilen
  • Führen und Plegen von Mitarbeiterlisten
  • Dokumentenerstellung für Neueinstellungen sowie Bestandsmitarbeitern

Das sind die Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • bereits Erfahrung in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikativ
  • Diskretion und eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
