Für unser dynamisches Team in Karlsruhe suchen wir Sie als Personaldisponent (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgabe: Die strategische Planung und Koordination unserer Personalressourcen. Sie fungieren dabei als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und Bewerbern und sorgen mit Ihrem organisatorischen Talent und Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke für die optimale Besetzung offener Stellen. Diese verantwortungsvolle Position bieten wir Ihnen in Vollzeit an.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung durch gezielte Ansprache potenzieller Kunden
  • Langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und pflegen
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit Ihrem Team zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Kundenlösungen zu entwickeln
  • Effektive Vermittlung von Bewerbern anhand der Anforderungen unserer Kunden
  • Konzepte zur optimalen Besetzung für Kundenpositionen erstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Zeitarbeitsbranche ist von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse im AÜG wertvoll
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Bewerbermanagement-Tools wünschenswert

  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicheres Auftreten und kundenorientiertes Verhalten
