Unser Büro sucht für intern Verstärkung, um die weitere Expansion voranzutreiben. Sie arbeiten in einem kleinen Team und bekommen Freiheiten, um sich selbst zu verwirklichen. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein unkomplizierter Umgang mit flachen Hierarchien runden die Arbeitsstelle ab.

Ihre Aufgaben im Wesentlichen:

  • *  Fördern und Aufrechterhalten von Kundenbeziehungen *
  • *  Durchführung regelmäßiger Kundenbesuche und -telefonate *
  • *  Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter *
  • *  Führung von Bewerber- und Einstellungsgesprächen *
  • *  Begleitung und Überwachung der Mitarbeitereinsätze *

Sie bringen mit:

  • *  Kaufmännische Ausbildung *
  • *  Team- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit *
  • *  Sie sind kommunikativ und zielorientiert *
