  • Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Pädagogik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ Personalfachkaufmann oder vergleichbar
  • *
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • *
  • Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Qualifizierungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • *
  • sicheres Verständnis für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen von gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden bis zu Führungskräften
  • *
  • strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • *
  • gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
