###### Zusammenfassung
Für ein international aufgestelltes Industrieunternehmen am Standort Ober-Ramstadt suchen wir einen Personalreferenten $m/w/d$. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der operativen Personalarbeit und begleiten Mitarbeitende sowie Führungskräfte über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg.
###### Beschreibung
Zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
Verantwortung für das Recruiting inklusive Anzeigen- und Bewerbermanagement
Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
Pflege, Auswertung und Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen
Unterstützung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen

###### Anforderungen
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal
Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Generalist oder Personalreferent $m/w/d$
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP HR von Vorteil
Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
