In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden und gestalten aktiv die Personalarbeit am Standort Wismar. Zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich gehören insbesondere:

  • Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Verantwortung für die Entgeltabrechnung und Zeiterfassung
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in Abstimmung mit Finance
  • Erstellung von Personalstatistiken, Auswertungen und Berichten für Management und HR
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systeme (u. a. SuccessFactors, PAISY und GFOS)
  • Organisation und Betreuung der Ausbildung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Berufsschulen und der IHK
  • Planung und Koordination von Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung inklusive Bestell- und Rechnungsbearbeitung
