Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie begleiten verschiedene Personalprojekte und tragen zur zukunftsorientierten Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalarbeit bei

Planung und Koordination von HR-Initiativen, z. B. Digitalisierungsprojekten oder im Bereich Arbeitszeitmanangement

Analyse und Auswertung relevanter HR-Daten zur Unterstützung der Personalstrategie

Entwicklung und Implementierung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in unseren Personalprozessen

Sicherstellung der effizienten Kommunikation zwischen den Schnittstellen verschiedener Abteilungen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erste Berufserfahrung im Personalmanagement oder in Personalprojekten ist wünschenswert

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sowie eine Affinität zu technischen Lösungen

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu machen

Strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

Interesse an der Diversität der Personalarbeit und Begeisterung für Veränderung
