Wir suchen ab sofort für einen Kunden im Raum Mönchengladbach eine/n Personalsachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d).

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Lohn und Gehalt oder Personalwesen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in DATEV
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten, Personalakten und Zeitwirtschaftsdaten
  • Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten inklusive Meldungen, Verträgen und Bescheinigungen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Reports für das Personalwesen
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern sowie Vorbereitung von Prüfungen
