Gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft der Pflege und verstärken Sie unser Führungsteam ab sofort in Vollzeit unbefristet als verantwortliche Pflegedienstleitung/ PDL (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Führung & Organisation: Leitung des Pflegedienstes, Personalführung, Dienstplanung und Steuerung des Betriebs

Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität, MDK- Konformität und Pflegevisiten sowie Umsetzung unseres Pflegekonzeptes

Beratung & Kommunikation: Ansprechpartner für Patienten, Angehörige, Ärzte und Kostenträger

Wirtschaftlichkeit: Budgetverantwortung und Abrechnungsvorbereitung (Kostenträger/ Personal)

Das bringen Sie mit

Ausbildung & Qualifikation: Examen in der Pflege sowie Weiterbildung zur PDL (§ 71 SGB XI) oder Pflegemanagement-Studium

Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise in Leitungsposition.

Persönlichkeit: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und Empathie
