  • Wir begleiten und betreuen aktuell 10 PflegeWohnGemeinschaften, an 3 Standorten, direkt in Schwedt/Oder, mit insgesamt 102 Wohneinheiten und betreuen unsere Klienten auch in Ihrem Zuhause.

### Pflegedienstleiter/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegeteams
  • Aufsicht des gesamten Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesses
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Bewohnerzufriedenheit
  • Personalführung, -planung und -entwicklung
  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards

Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Qualifikation zur Pflegedienstleitung gemäß §71 SGB XI
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick
  • Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation und Kooperation mit Klienten, deren Angehörigen und Mitarbeitern
