  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des gesamten Pflegebereichs
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
  • Wertschätzende Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Verantwortung für Dienstplanung und bedarfsgerechten Personaleinsatz
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten, Behörden und externen Partnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Dreijährige Ausbildung in der Pflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Pflegedienstleitung in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
