Wir sind ein seit Jahren bestehender interkultureller ambulanter Pflegedienst. in Berlin-Neukölln, unsere Klienten kommen aus dem türkisch, -deutsch oder kurdischsprachigem Raum.

Wir haben Ende 2021 den Versorgungsvertrag mit der Krankenkasse zur Durchführung der Behandlungspflegen abgeschlossen und sind im Aufbau eines Teams mit qualifizierten Pflegefachkräften.

### Ihre Aufgaben umfassen

  • Teamleitung, Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben
  • Erstellung von Personalplänen jeglicher Art, Personalwesen

### Wir suchen

  • Pflegefachkräfte mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung und dem Willen, sich in diesem Bereich einzuarbeiten
  • Kompetenz, Verlässlichkeit und Empathie
  • Führerschein ist erforderlich.

Wir unterstützen gerne auch Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten z.B. im Bereich Mentorenausbildung.

  • Beginn der Tätigkeit: ab sofort oder später
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Grundkenntnisse Türkisch und/oder Kurdisch

Vergütung ab 28,00€/Std. - nach Vereinbarung (Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung)
