Für unser Senioren-Zentrum Gilching suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiter/innen als Examinierte Altenpfleger/innen, Krankenschwester/-pfleger, Kinderkrankenschwester/-pfleger, Pflegefachmann/-frau, Pflegefachhelfer, Pflegehilfskräfte.

  • Kompetente Grund- und Behandlungspflege

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Hausärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen
  • Fachspezifische Versorgung der pflegebedürftigen Bewohner
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der entsprechenden Pflegemaßnahmen.
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Anerkannte Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft, idealerweise mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder Erfahrung als Pflegehilfskraft
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationstalent
