Meine Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie individuelle Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Bewohnerinnen
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung im Pflegealltag sowie bei individuellen Therapien und Freizeitangeboten
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Organisation der pflegerischen Abläufe
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team, Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards sowie aktive Mitgestaltung von Arbeitsabläufen

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft , Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in oder Altenpfleger*in
  • Führerschein Klasse B und eigener Pkw – damit du unsere unterschiedlichen Einsatzorte flexibel erreichen kannst
  • Bereitschaft, verschiedene Einrichtungen und Einsatzorte kennenzulernen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
