  • Teamplayer mit sozialer Kompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Individuelle, aktivierende und ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner
  • Pflegekonzepte und Pflegestandards umsetzen
  • Angepasste Pflege an den jeweiligen Gesundheitszustand und die Bedürfnisse des Bewohners
  • Dokumentieren der Pflegeprozesse und deren Qualitätssicherung
  • Durchführen der ärztlich delegierten Verordnungen und Therapien
