Im Auftrag eines renommierten Seniorenheimbetreibers suchen wir Sie als Pflegefachkraft für den Springerpool (m/w/d) mit Reisebereitschaft im Großraum Berlin zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege gestalten: Sie unterstützen die Bewohner ganzheitlich
  • Qualität gemeinsam sichern: Sie arbeiten eng mit Kollegen, Ärzten und Therapeuten zusammen
  • Planung & Dokumentation: Sie erstellen individuelle Pflegepläne und dokumentieren alle Maßnahmen
  • Teamgeist leben: Sie bringen sich aktiv in Teambesprechungen ein
  • Verantwortung übernehmen: Sie erkennen Veränderungen frühzeitig und handeln professionell sowie umsichtig

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung willkommen: Ob erfahren, neu im Beruf oder Wiedereinsteiger - Sie erhalten eine strukturierte Einarbeitung
  • Fachliche Kompetenz & Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Leidenschaft für die Pflege sowie Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft in der Region und einen Führerschein
