Die Caritas Oldenburg gGmbH ist Träger drei stationärer, drei teilstationärer und zwei ambulanter Pflegeeinrichtungen in Oldenburg, Varel und Wilhelmshaven.

Für unser Alten- und Pflegeheim St. Josef mit 64 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

# Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d)

Wochenarbeitszeit : Teil- oder Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

  • individuelle Anleitung, Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung aller erforderlichen pflegerischen Tätigkeiten und entsprechender Dokumentation
  • Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Einrichtung

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau oder zum Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Einfühlsam, selbstständig, engagiert und vor allem teamfähig
