Für unseren Ambulanten Pflegedienst in und um Stavenhagen sind wir ständig auf der Suche nach Verstärkung.

Unser Team des Ambulanten Pflegedienstes betreut hilfsbedürftige Menschen in ihrer häuslichen Umgebung. Unabhängig von der Schwere der Erkrankung, der Behinderung oder der Pflegebedürftigkeit helfen wir unseren Klienten, eine größtmögliche Selbständigkeit zu erhalten.

Wir bieten alle pflegerischen Versorgungen an wie Duschen, Hilfestellung beim Waschen und Anziehen, Hilfe bei der Nahrungszubereitung und der Nahrungsaufnahme. Dabei ist es uns wichtig, die Fähigkeiten der von uns gepflegten Menschen zu erhalten und zu aktivieren, so dass der Klient ein möglichst selbständigen Leben führen und möglichst lange zu Hause leben kann. Angehörige beziehen wir mit ein und unterstützen sie.

Zusätzlich übernehmen wir vom Arzt verordnete Behandlungspflegen wie die Medikamentengabe oder Verbandswechsel. Zu unserer Leistung gehört auch die Beratung über weitergehende Hilfen wie Pflegegeld, Pflegehilfsmittel, Tagespflege, Hausnotruf, Haushaltshilfen oder betreutes Wohnen. Unsere Pflegekräfte sind zwischen 6 und 20 Uhr im Einsatz.
