Wir suchen ab sofort Pflegekräfte (m/w/d) für den stationären und ambulanten Bereich.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Durchführen von pflegerischen Tätigkeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege
- Hilfe und Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten und der Nahrungsaufnahme
- Pflegedokumentation

- selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
