  • Pflegfachmann/-frau oder Heilerziehungspfleger (w/m/d)

### DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Ganzheitliche und pflegetherapeutische Aufgaben auf Basis eines modernen Pflegekonzeptes, das Problemlösung und Beziehungsgestaltung in den Mittelpunkt der Pflege rückt
  • Durchführung, Planung, Auswertung der Pflege unter Berücksichtigung der Pflegestandards und des Hygieneplanes
  • Planung und Auswertung von Therapiemaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den multiprofessionellen Teams
  • Sach\- und fachgerechte Dokumentation

### DEIN PROFIL

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Krankenschwester, Krankenpfleger:in, Pflegefachkraft, Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann oder Heilerziehungspfleger (w/m/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Persönliches Engagement, psychische Stabilität, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
  • Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit
