  • In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle übernehmen Sie das Kundenmanagement mit Fokus auf täglichen Bestellungen, Anfragen in Bezug auf Arzneimittel sowie Reklamationen. Mit Ihrem pharmazeutischen Grundwissen und Ihrer Serviceorientierung überzeugen Sie unsere Kund*innen in der telefonischen Beratung.

  • Ihre Rolle bei uns:
  • Beantwortung telefonischer Anfragen unserer Kund*innen (Apotheken, Arztpraxen und Krankenhäuser)
  • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Bestellaufträgen im SAP-Tool
  • Abhandlung von Reklamationen inkl. Mahnwesen und Gutschriftenstellung
  • Durchführung der Stammdatenpflege
  • Sie überzeugen uns mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vorzugsweise abgeschlossene Lehre als PKA oder Drogist*in
  • Interesse am Gesundheitsbereich
  • MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, ...)
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Freude am Telefonieren und im Kundenkontakt
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Lösungsorientierung

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 2.350. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung selbstverständlich möglich.
