Responsibilities

• •Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• •Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• •Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• •Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely.
• •Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
• •Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques.

Qualifications

• •Current Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• •Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• •Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• •Commitment to quality patient care and positive rehabilitation outcomes.
• •New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
