主な業務内容：

月次S&OP（Sales & Operations Planning）プロセスのリード

ハードカプセル生産計画：

営業情報、顧客受注（MTO）、出荷実績（MTS）をもとに需要情報を集約

製品グループ別に月次・四半期・年次の 生産能力および供給計画を作成・更新

ハードカプセルスケジューラーと連携し、 生産スケジュール を最適化

DFS Licaps（液体充填カプセル）生産計画/スケジューリング：

受注生産(MTO)実行のために、MRP担当と連携し、 原材料のタイムリーな調達を確保

製造チームと連携し、生産スケジュールを作成

在庫およびサービスレベル最適化のための部門横断的な連携

計画プロセスの継続的な改善推進

プランニングチームの育成・マネジメント

APACおよびグローバルプロジェクトへの参画

応募要件：

製造業における生産／需給計画の経験

高い分析力および意思決定力

部門横断的な協業経験

ピープルマネジメント・人材育成スキル

ERPの知識（SAP尚可）

• •日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
• （TOEIC 730、英検準1級レベル以上）

学士号または同等の実務経験

• Planning Manager (Production planning)
• Location: Sagamihara

As Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering effective supply chain planning for Lonza’s Sagamihara manufacturing site. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end planning activities, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute directly to achieving customer satisfaction and business performance.

What you will do:

Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle

Hard Capsule production planning:

Consolidate demand data from sales inputs, customer orders (MTO) and shipment trends (MTS)

Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual supply plans by product group

Work closely with the Hard Capsule scheduler to optimize short‑term schedules

DFS Licaps production planning/scheduling:

For make-to-order production, collaborate with MRP planner to ensure timely material availability

Create and release production schedule in alignment with the operation team

Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory and service levels

Drive continuous improvement in planning processes

Lead and develop a team of planning professionals

Contribute to regional and global supply chain initiatives

What we are looking for:

Experience in production or supply planning in manufacturing

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Cross-functional collaboration experience

Leadership and people development capability

ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)

Native-level Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 730~, English proficiency test (Eiken) Grade Pre-1st~)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
