THE JOB:

Be at the center of the game! Supporting poker tables with chip fills and assisting players with purchases while delivering great service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help keep gameplay smooth and enjoyable, all while following company policies and regulatory standards.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Understand the procedures and rules of all poker games and tournaments offered

Provide game and tournament information

Make exchanges correctly when exchanging money or chips (CHIP RUNNER)

Provide accuracy and efficiency to guests at all times

Maintain the game list and seat players in games requested

Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is Preferred

6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience is Preferred

Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$18.00

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
