THE JOB:

You'll be the MVP of our world-class poker room, keeping the energy high and the games running smoothly. From making chip fills to seating players for their next winning hand, you are the key to creating an unforgettable, high-stakes experience. If you have a passion for the game and a knack for creating WOW moments for guests, shuffle up and deal yourself in on this incredible opportunity.

THE DAY TO DAY :

Understand the procedures and rules of all poker games and tournaments offered
Provide game and tournament information
Make exchanges correctly when exchanging money or chips
Provide accuracy and efficiency to guests at all times
Maintain the game list and seat players in games requested
Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 18 years or older
6+ months of cash handling experience (preferred)

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$12.50

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
