  • Die HTR- Vogtlandbau GmbH mit Sitz in Oelsnitz im Vogtland besteht nunmehr seit 1998. Auch wenn wir unsere Bauobjekte mehr und mehr in Bayern gefunden haben, sind wir unseren 40 Mitarbeitern und dem Standort in Oelsnitz/ Vogtland treu geblieben.
  • Mit uns bauen schwerpunktmäßig öffentliche Auftraggeber wie z.B. Städte und Gemeinden. Bauen Sie auf uns!

Zur Verstärkung und Verjüngung unserer Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Polier Hochbau (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:          

  • Betreuung der Baustellen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Bauleitung
  • Führen der zugeordneten Kollegen
  • Koordination der Nachunternehmen
  • Führen der Bautagesberichte
  • Umsetzung von Arbeitsschutz und Gesundheitsschutz

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene gewerbliche Ausbildung im Hochbau, idealerweise als Werkpolier oder geprüfter Polier
  • Selbstständige, engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Führungsqualität
