Wir, die M. Hajek Strassen- und Tiefbau GmbH, sind ein mitteständisches Unternehmen, welches vorrangig in Berlin tätig ist.

Unsere Hauptschwerpunkte sind die Herstellung, Instandsetzung und Unterhaltung von bituminösen Fahrbahnkonstruktionen aus Walz- und Gussasphalt, der Steinstraßen- und der Betonstraßenbau.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich besteht z.B. aus:

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung unserer Bauprojekte in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Koordination und Überprüfung der Nachunternehmergewerke
  • Planung und Steuerung des gesamten Personal-, Geräte- und Materialeinsatz auf der Baustelle
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
  • Führung des Bautagebuchs und Baustellendokumentation

Sie bieten:

  • Ausbildung zum geprüften Vorarbeiter, Polier, Meister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter oder Polier im Tief- und Straßenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen Arbeits- und Umweltschutzrichtlinien
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Führung von Personal sowie in der Führung von Nachunternehmern
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte und wirtschaftlich geprägte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
