Eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung und Weiterbildung zum:r geprüften Polier:in (m/w/d) mit Meisterbrief oder zum:r Werkpolier:in (m/w/d) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position Gute Kenntnisse im Thema Arbeitsschutz/Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle Führerschein Klasse B Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität Durchsetzungsvermögen, Führungskompetenz und Teamgeist

Planung, Organisation und Steuerung des gesamten Bauablaufs Erfassung und Dokumentation außervertraglicher Leistungen sowie Kontrolle der Unterlagen von Subunternehmen Koordination und Einteilung von eigenem und fremdem Personal sowie Führung relevanter Aufzeichnungen Durchführung von Vermessungen, Geländeaufnahmen und Absteckungen sowie verantwortliche Materialbedarfsermittlung und -disposition Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Behörden- und Bauherrenkontakten sowie Teilnahme an Bau- und Abstimmungsbesprechungen Sicherstellung der Ausführungsqualität, frühzeitiges Einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen und konsequente Umsetzung von Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzmaßnahmen
