  • Mit vier operativen Geschäftsbereichen, dem Brückenbau, Straßen- und Tiefbau, dem Industriebau und Instandsetzungen von Bauwerken bedienen wir regionale und überregionale Kunden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Polier (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung der Baustellen im Hochbau, Brückenbau, Industriebau, Ingenieurbau, in der Bauwerksinstandsetzung, Betonsanierung und Baumaßnahmen der Deutschen Bahn
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Baumaßnahmen vor Ort in Abstimmung mit unseren Bauleitern
  • Koordinierung und Überwachung von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Planung und Steuerung des Personal-, Geräte- und Materialeinsatzes

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe z.B. Vorarbeiter oder Polier (m/w/d)
  • selbständiges, umsichtiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führungskompetenz
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tief- und Straßenbau von Vorteil
  • auch Berufseinsteiger bekommen bei uns eine Chance
