Die Gesellchen GmbH wurde im Juli 1992 in Hüttigweiler im Saarland gegründet und ist seitdem spezialisiert auf private Gärten wie auch öffentliche Großprojekte – von Wohlfühl-Oasen bis zu repräsentativen Außenanlagen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Garten- und Landschaftsbauer oder eine vergleichbare -
  • Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im GaLaBau, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Führerschein Klasse B/BE
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und Organisationstalent
  • Fähigkeit, Baupläne zu lesen und die Umsetzung eigenständig zu koordinieren
  • Begeisterung für den Umgang mit Maschinen und modernen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Entscheidungsfreude und Teamfähigkeit

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Koordination von Baustellen im Garten- und Landschaftsbau
  • Führung und Motivation des Teams vor Ort
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und Terminen auf den Baustellen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Material- und Maschinendisposition
  • Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Architekten und Auftraggebern
