Für ein etabliertes Seniorenheim bei Völklingen suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung eine engagierte Praxisanleitung (m/w/d), die neue Pflegekräfte und Auszubildende praxisnah begleitet und weiterentwickelt.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Praxisanleitung von Auszubildenden und neuen Mitarbeitenden im Pflegealltag
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und praxisnahen Lerneinheiten
  • Sicherstellung der Ausbildungsqualität gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Dokumentation von Lernfortschritten und Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegeschulen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Fachkräfte im Seniorenheim

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft oder Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Zusatzqualifikation zur Praxisanleitung (mind. 200 Stunden)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Praxisanleitung von Auszubildenden erforderlich
  • Pädagogisches Geschick und Freude an der Wissensvermittlung
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Ihr Vorteil:

  • Jahresbrutto von 42.000 EUR bis 48.000 EUR, je nach Erfahrung
  • 100 % freigestellt von der Pflege- volle Konzentration auf die Anleitung
