  • Die Hospitalstiftung Dinkelscherben wurde 1605 gegründet. Seither kümmert Sie sich um das Wohlergehen alter, kranker und hilfsbedürftiger Menschen.
  • Inzwischen betreibt die gemeinnützige Stiftung zwei vollstationäre Pflegeeinrichtung in Dinkelscherben und Zusmarshausen mit insgesamt knapp 160 Plätzen.

Wir suchen ab sofort einen Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) als Springer für beide Einrichtungen (Dinkelscherben und Zusmarshausen) in Teilzeit.

  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation von Praxisanleitungen
  • Beratung und Begleitung der Auszubildenden
  • Teilnahme an Praxisanleitertreffen, externen & internen Ausbildungsveranstaltungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Praxiskoordinatoren beider Einrichtungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in den Bereichen Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- & Krankenpflege
  • Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter oder die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung (Arbeitgeber-finanziert)
