Ich suche für meine Hausarztpraxis als Ersatz für einen Ruhestandseintritt

### eine Fachkraft m/w/d

zur Unterstützung der Praxisabsicherung zunächst auf Minijobbasis für mein Team.

  • Unser Team besteht aus 1 Ärztin und 2 Mitarbeiterinnen.
  • Aufgaben sind
  • Praxisorganisation
  • Terminmanagement,
  • Patientenbetreuung
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der täglichen Sprechstunden und Hausbesuche,
  • Bearbeitung meiner Aufträge und Abrechnung

Abhängig von der Vorbildung und der Einarbeitung können auch Aufgaben in den Bereichen EKG, Blutdruckmessung, Verbandswechsel usw. übernommen werden.

Die Absicherung der Praxisöffnungszeiten im Rahmen der arbeitsvertraglichen Regelungen gehört ebenfalls dazu.

Insbesondere der Montag als Arbeitstag steht im Vordergrund.

Folgende aktuelle Praxisöffnungszeiten bestehen:

Mo 7.00-12.00 Uhr und 16.00-18.00 Uhr,

Di 8.00-12.30 Uhr

Mi 10.00-14.30 Uhr

Do 8.00-12.30 Uhr und Fr 8.00-12.30 Uhr.

Eine Einarbeitung erfolgt vor Ort, gerne auch schon ab 01.11.26 vertraglich vereinbart und stundenweise.
