Die Arztpraxis Thomas Stepp versorgt seit 26 Jahren Patienten hausärztlich/allgemeinmedizinisch mit Schwerpunkt Schmerztherapie in Kirchrode und den umliegenden Stadtteilen.

Die Arztpraxis Thomas Stepp bietet ab sofort einen Arbeitsplatz entsprechend der folgenden Stellenbeschreibung:

Tätigkeit:

Rezeption, Patientenempfang, Telefon, Kontaktaufnahme und Patientenbetreuung, Koordination der Patientenversorgung; Terminvergabe, PC- und Bürotätigkeit.

Anforderungsprofil:

Ausbildung als medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r (m/w/d); jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich;

Bewerber/innen (m/w/d) aus medizinischen oder sozialen Berufen (z.B. Krankenpflege, Krankenpflegehelfe, Altenpflege, Hoteldienstleistungssektor, dies ist nur eine beliebige Auswahl) sind genauso willkommen.

Wesentlich sind echtes Interesse am Umgang mit Menschen und Geduld. Interesse an Kommunikation und enger Zusammenarbeit zur Herstellung einer optimalen Praxisorganisation wird erwartet.

  • Computeraffinität und die Bereitschaft, sich in die Praxissoftware einzuarbeiten sind essentielle Voraussetzung.

  • Beschäftigung auf Minijobbasis:

-zwei Nachmittage 15:00 bis 18:30 Uhr, Dienstag und Donnerstag Nachmittag;

-ab dem 18. Mai besteht ein befristeter erhöhter Beschäftigungsbedarf wegen anstehender Krankheitsvertretung für mutmasslich 5 bis 6 Wochen. Arbeitszeiten in dieser Zeit Montag, Dienstag und Donnerstagvormittag von 9:30 bis 13:30 Uhr, sowie Dienstag und Donnerstag von 15:00 bis 18:30 Uhr.

Danach wieder Rückkehr in den alten Modus.

Lohn:

  • Der Stundenlohn orientiert sich zunächst am gültigen Mindestlohn. Eine Erhöhung ist ggf. denkbar.
  •  
  • Urlaubsanspruch:

Sechs Wochen/Jahr; bei einer Zweitagewoche entsprechend 12 Tage/Jahr; der Urlaubsanspruch bei erhöhtem Beschäftigungsbedarf (Verlegungsphase) wird angerechnet.

Allgemein gesagt: Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Improvisationsfähigkeit und gegenseitige Wertschätzung stehen für eine gute Gestaltung des Praxisalltags an erster Stelle.
