Presales Solutions Architect - Digital Workplace Services

What success looks like in this role:

• •Provides presales solution architecture services for an assigned client base.
• •Provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process.
• •Contributes to or prepares high-quality technical documentation, including proposals, RFP responses and solution architecture diagrams.
• •Contributes to or makes decisions about how solutions should be designed and implemented.
• •Supports the development of cost elements and resource estimates as well as solution models.
• •Demonstrates Unisys products and solutions for clients, remotely or onsite.
• •Maintains a working knowledge of the industry and competitors and acts as a valuable resource for sales team members, clients and other stakeholders.
• •Works with clients to perform implementation reviews and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical or procedural challenges.
• •Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems and processes to improve overall sales performance and service delivery.
• •Adheres to appropriate Unisys processes, architectural artifact requirements and the Unisys end-to-end service model.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Functional Experience

• •Strong expertise in:
• •Service Desk,
• •Field Services and Desk-Side Support
• •End User Computing (EUC)
• •Workplace Support Services
• •Managed Services

Pre-Sales Skills

• •Solution architecture and consulting.
• •Proposal development and bid management.
• •Participate in RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses
• •Costing and pricing models.
• •Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
