Maintain a broad perspective across the program, anticipating emerging risks, dependencies, opportunities, and decisions.

Navigate ambiguity with sound judgment, clearly communicating trade-offs and recommendations to senior leaders.

Proactively identify risks and opportunities, framing complex issues clearly and bringing forward options and recommendations.

Synthesize complex information into concise, actionable communication for senior leaders and executive audiences.

Establish transparent, data-driven reporting that provides a reliable source of truth for program health and decision-making.

Foster shared ownership and accountability across teams, ensuring actions and decisions are driven through to resolution.
