Job Description:

Responsible for handling all aspects of onboarding clients in a smooth and efficient process

Supporting RMs for all on-going sales, service and communications with clients and prospects

Coordinating and communicating with different internal teams such compliance, risk management and operation to complete all required process for clients’ serves and products sales.

Handling and executing clients orders and products trading according the approved manuals

Assisting work and hoc tasks when necessary assigned by the supervisors and managers

Qualification:

Bachelor degree holders (Master degree preferred)

At least 3 years of experience in client servicing

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication capability

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Detail oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure

Faster learner, team worker and self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit

High level of integrity, honesty, diligence and loyalty
