ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager and Director of Supply Chain, the Procurement Analyst supports end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities through purchasing analysis, purchase order administration, supplier coordination, inventory analysis, and data maintenance. This role provides accurate and timely information to support purchasing, inventory, supplier, and sourcing decisions, operating within established procedures and escalating exceptions, supply risks, and decisions requiring purchasing or commercial authority to the appropriate Buyer or management. The Procurement Analyst delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Planning, Production, Engineering, Logistics, Compliance, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to gather information and resolve routine purchasing and data issues.

Coordinate with suppliers on purchase order acknowledgments, order status, shipment schedules, and documentation, serving as a reliable point of contact for routine delivery matters.

Support Buyers and management by preparing timely, accurate analysis and escalating material shortages, supplier performance concerns, pricing discrepancies, and inventory risks to the appropriate decision-makers.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

Support new product introductions, supplier transitions, and special orders to ensure material availability aligns with production timelines and fan-facing delivery commitments.

Monitor MRP, inventory, purchase order, forecast, and supplier information to proactively identify material requirements and potential supply concerns before they impact operations.

Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and system setup to enable a reliable, high-quality supply base that supports fan product availability.

Support inventory analysis — including excess inventory, shortages, and material availability — to help ensure the right products are available at the right time.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify trends, exceptions, risks, and improvement opportunities that drive supply chain efficiency.

Support sourcing and RFQ activities by gathering specifications, requesting quotations, organizing supplier responses, and preparing cost and quotation comparisons for Buyer or management review.

Identify discrepancies in purchasing, inventory, supplier, and item data and collaborate with appropriate departments to research and correct information.

Support purchasing system, master data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that increase accuracy and operational effectiveness.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

Create and maintain purchase orders based on approved purchasing requirements, established parameters, and direction from Buyers or management, ensuring dates, quantities, pricing, lead times, and supplier information are accurate and current.

Prepare purchasing, inventory, supplier performance, PPV, cost, and other procurement reports for Buyers and management on a timely basis.

Support cost and PPV analysis by maintaining pricing information, identifying variances, and preparing supporting analysis to inform purchasing decisions.

Follow up on overdue purchase orders and communicate changes or potential supply concerns to the appropriate Buyer or management with urgency and precision.
